What is the Demon Fox was not sealed inside Naruto?

So I was just chillin' one uneventful day and a thought occured to me. What if Naruto did not have the Nine-Tails fox sealed inside him?
Would the villagers of Konoha have treated Naruto any different than before? And if they had treated him different, would Naruto have still dreamed of becoming Hokage? Since he always said that he wants to be respected and noticed by the people.

OT: If things hadn't happen the way they did, it wouldn't been the same story. We can not infer on what would have happened.. But surely it wouldn't have been as interesting Manga wise.

Well, minato would still be alive, he would help sarutobi defeat oro, he would teach his son all those bad jutsus and naruto would never became hokage because the uchiha would still be alive and would became the next leaders and naruto the series would end because they would deal with madara and obito them selves (Itachi and sasuke). There are a million possibilities so take your pick.
