Isn't body flicker just moving at an untraceable speed? Because the Raikage mixes it with raiton to move faster.

Kamui. No need for markings so can go anywhere and doesn't require nearly as much energy as Kaguya's teleportation technique. Also, intangibility and snipe kamui-ing.

Right Eye Kamui is the most versatile, Left Eye is the most offensive, both are completely unstoppable without having the other, and both could be used for much more broken tactics than what was shown in the series. If you take kamui as a whole with both eyes, it's not only the best space-time ninjutsu in the series by a massive margin, but it's one of the most broken techniques period. FTG is second. General summoning is third, it's far more broken then people realize.
