Personally, I think it's Attack on Titan. Everyone can enjoy it, from kids to young adults (though it more appeals to young adults). Has that Shounen factor where the main character is an idiot but makes the bravest decisions, but isn't borderline abusing that card. It's also got one of the best universes, it's surreal, but it also makes it seem as though you could actually fit in and interact with the characters. And the Titans aspect is just a crazy good element to build your plot upon, and Attack on Titan took a good gamble with it making the Titans have varying intelligence levels and mysterious perenial but stagely unearthed motives. The peeling away of the truth, piece by piece, and with each rising conundrum, is a very brilliant way, to let us viewers savor the story in its glory.
