Easily Ulquiorra vs. Ichigo

Byakuya vs Ichigo. I liked that battle

Ulquiorra vs Ichigo. I would have said Aizen vs everyone, but that wasn't a fight, it was one sided slaughter. I also really liked the final fight between Ichigo and Grimmjow.

Aizen vs all the Shinigami/Visords

Zaraki vs Nnoitra was cool too, Ichigo's fights against Grimmjow & Ulquiorra were badass as well.

ulquiorra raping ichigo and then him turning into a vasto lorde was the best. i wish they had made the vasto lorde vs ulquiorra longer tho. by that point in the series i was tired of seeing hollow ichigo just show up and murk things. i actually thought they were gonna make that into a legit fight between 2 monsters but nope

Zaraki vs Ichigo was pretty cool. Not the best though. Starkk vs Shunsui was also very good. But like everyone else said, the Ulqiorra vs Ichigo fight really stands out. It was a good length and felt really badass. One complaint I have would be Orihime interrupting it a dozen times with "Kurosaki-kun!" But hey, I guess thats the price you pay to get vasto lorde Ichigo.
