Its probably Wales (the country right next to England) than Scotland. Wales does not try to start wars with anyone. No one tries to attack them and they are peaceful, they don't even have an army.Also its 70% green as well as cheap, look it up. Modern,safe and cheap! But i live in England

The best current areas are Finland,Norway and Sweden.

Finland's schools score #2 in Math and reading and are #1 in Science. Also Finnish kids spent the least amount of time
in school out of all the developed nations. Top that with being a socialist country. Taxes are a little higher but you get FREE COLLEGE and FREE FULL HEALTHCARE. Finnish people are really down to earth, Nice and honest. The Government is less corrupt and the country has 0 Debt. They are actually in the positive. The nation isn't brainwashed into worshiping TV actors and most "Celebs" are normal people like everyone else doing what they love. Top that with Sweden leading the science scene and good ole Norway and you have one of the riches areas on the planet.

America ( my country ) on the other hand Scores 14 in reading, 25 or 26 In Math and 16 in Science. College puts everyone in Debt and the country is in debt. No real healthcare plan either. Worst part is 50% when asked the question
" The earth revolves around the sun and it takes 1 year True or False" get it incorrect! The general population is hateful and ignorant. Racism is well alive ( just not said ) and the fact that no person can run for white house without being a "christian" goes against the founding rules of the country. Sadly so many claim to be christian when they are not. So many problems with America to even list them.
