Neither. The uchiha wanted to take over the village after generations of discrimination, justifiable? somewhat imo.

The senju discriminated from the start. Also one of their famous members was the one who created edo tensei, that alone should tell you that he mustve used live human sacrifices. Secondly going by madara and mu's reaction tobirama mustve used that jutsu quiet frequently

damn I am leaning towards tobi=tobirama(space-time) again. it would have made perfect sense only if he wasn't revived as an edo!
