What is that uncomplete jutsu jiraiya was talking about ?

In Naruto jiraiya one told naruto about some uncomplete jutsu and said he is the only one who can complete this can anyone has the idea what kind of justu is this

If I remember correctly, that was just adding a change in chakra nature to the Rasengan. Naruto did that with Futon: Rasenshuriken.

element training was way after that, it couldnt be rasengan cuz remember how effing clueless naruto was when kakashi/yamato taught him? i know its naruto but he would have remembered something from before if he was element training with Jiraiya.
