I think it is just being able to use Kurama's chakra. That is why he said it with to the seal toad.

If you are talking about the Death Reaper Seal Minato used to seal the Kyuubi, then Naruto can't use is since he is a Jinchuuriki.

I believe the jutsu Jiraya talked about was Kurama's chakra/chakra cloak thing.. the last time he used it he almost killed Jiraya... So he told naruto not to use it again...just in case he gave kakashi a seal to seal it off it ever happened..

It can't be tbb, which alot of people think, simply because the naruto knows of the "that jutsu"...and when bee explained tbb to him, he did not know of it.. and it was his first time hearing of it..
