[Theory] what is teh sharingan ?????...

Ok, this time I actually read the whole thread not bad theory for a new reader.
The Sharingan can deactivate and activate but not because of some energy going to them and away from them. They just deactivate and activate.
One of the things that you mentioned is that Sasuke got Itachi's MS powers before getting his EMS right? Well, the reason for Sasuke getting the Amaterasu is because of a technique called the Transcription Seal: Amaterasu. Go read on it if you want to.
The reason for Madara to have his Susanoo active whilst being blind is because of the fact that you do not need to have your MS active while using Susanoo. You only have to have MS but it does not need to be activated.
You also said that Itachi used genjutsu out of his finger. This is true but not because of sharingan energy or whatever you called it. A powerful genjutsu user like Itachi does not have to look into someone's eyes to use a genjutsu or even use his eyes. The Uchiha clan is not the only ones who can use genjutsu after all. We see a few people using different genjutsus despite not being in the Uchiha clan or having the Sharingan and these people do not need to look into someone's eyes to activate the genjutsu aswell.
although despite arguing against you I do like the theory a lot and it was a pretty cool theory and was fun for me at least to kinda research about.

Speaking of Yin and Yang, Susanoo was rigged to create a nine tails cloak for Sasuke. Theoritcally speaking Yin energy is Sasuke and Yang is Naruto.

Yellow: I might have been wrong about that one so I am sorry for that but I haven't slept yet because of all these threads.
Red: In the picture, you showed Itachi was using the Transcription seal on Sasuke and like I said Sasuke got Amaterasu because of the Transcription seal.

The picture is from the anime for HD but you get the idea.
Blue: at this time Madara had Hashirama DNA which is broken. So we don't know if that had a role in it. Like I said in the other thread Madara does not need the MS to be active or even his eyes open also meaning no eyes at all. The reason for this is a little weird but it is because Madara had the MS and then unlocked the Susanoo. When he lost his MS he lost all of his MS abilities except for Susanoo because Susanoo is unlocked and when it is unlocked it can not be locked again.
I hope this cleared some things..
