What is so special about the Senju clan?

Hashirama created the Mokuton Kekke Genkai by combining 2 Nature manipulations and having a life force filled chakra that birthed entire forests. The Bijuu were mere toys that bent to his every will because of his exceptional chakra. He could also heal his own wounds in battle thanks to that life force enriched chakra.

Tobirama created Edo Tensei, which is arguably the greatest technique ever known to mankind alongside Hiraishin no Jutsu(IMO). His Suiton abilities can rival Kisame. He had an unknown space time technique which is possibly on the same Godly level as Hiraishin.

Tsunade created Sōzō Saisei and Byakōgōu, which gives her similar healing abilities to that of Hashirama. Her healing capabilities are said to defy even the Reaper Death Seal. Only Tsunade has the MONSTROUS STRENGTH that can break through the defensive layers of a Susanoo with a single punch!

I believe Namikaze Minato also belongs to a branch of the Senju clan. He is too much of a genius and an innovator in the ninja world not to. Rasengan and Hiraishin are the only known Ninjutsu created by him. Naruto, his son, has been foreshadowed as a descendant of the Senju many times in the manga.

Uzumaki Naruto: Technically he is Namikaze Naruto. And I don't need to explain his feats and achievements do I?
I'll just use a few:

Rasen Shuriken, the completed form of the Rasengan with Shape Manipulation added to Nature Manipulaton(Sasuke being the only other person with the same feat).

Sennin Mode PERFECTION!

Tamed and befriended Kurama, the Ninetailed Fox, something that had never been done before, EVER!!



But as a whole, what is their greatest ability? I believe it is their unfathomable brilliance with which they created some of the greatest techniques in the Ninja world and became the strongest Shinobi of their time.

But other than that, they don't really seem to have any special abilities like the Uchiha, who have the Sharingan.

Well the Senjus ancestor was born with "Life Force","Sage Body" and "Physical Energy" and since the Senjus are the descendants of the Young Son i am guess they must have the "Life Force" and "Physical Energy".

They are the clan of a thousand hands, or a better translation a thousand skills. They don't specialize in anything but are all able to perform the most complicated of ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu. I suspect most of the Konoha techs were created by some Senju or other and that's why Hiruzen was so famous because he mastered them all.
Minato is a Namikaze and though his family could be a branch of the Senju I doubt it, more than likely his mother was a Senju. The same could be said for Hiruzen who seems to have had no parents growing up and was taken under the wing of Tobirama and Hashirama. I also believe the Sarutobi clan is an off shoot of the Senju but we really don't know.
Naruto is technically an Uzumaki because he is half Uzumaki and if he father were half Namikaze (on his father's side) and half Senju (on his mother's side) that would make Naruto a quarter Senju like Tsunade, but who knows...

I mean there was also one woman named Tōka Senju who was apparently renowned throughout the world for her skill in genjutsu.

They seem to have been skilled in pretty much anything.
