She's asking about the powers that Hagaromo gave to them. The moon symbol on Sasuke's left hand and sun on Naruto's right.

I though they are both moon symbols. One is the full moon, one is the crescent moon.

She is probably talking about the sun and moon that the Sage gave them.

Using the sun and moon, they hit madara with that juts a few chapters back.

Yes I believe it is the Creation of All Things only Naruto has one half and Sasuke has the other. They can basically, like Naruto said, do ANYTHING right now. Naruto just has the one of Yang and Sasuke of Yin. As far as the extent of their power is yet to be known.

My only gripe with those powers is if Hagoromo has traveled through time how come he didn't know that his mother would come back and just give each of them either his power and the other Hamaro's power so that they would be able to fight Kaguya??

Your correct, the crescent moon is the spiritual energy and the full moon is the psychical energy.
Many do assume it's the sun though,a common mistake

Naruto has Hagoromo's senjutsu and bijuus and Sasuke has his Rinnegan.
