I disagree with the concept so i really can't make a conparison.jiraiya plus kyubi definitely doesn't equal naruto.having sage mode doesn't make naruto jiraiya.naruto lacks the skills of jiraiya in base and he lacks the intelligence.to put it simply, if you add the kyubi to jiraiya, he would be a better shinobi than current naruto.As for sasuke, orochimaru plus uchiha wouldn't equal sasuke because orochimaru couldn't match the full potential of an uchiha which sasuke has.not having uchiha dna would limit orochimaru's sharingan abilities.

man if orochimaru want to attain only sharingan he would have as many as he want before uchiha masscare
he just takes body of uchiha unlocking and using their full potential
i am pretty sure jiraya and naruto will be almost equal
