That detail is not mentioned again but probably working as a medic and raising a daughter of that guy who left to search evil 10 years ago and doesn't recognize her. Someone has to put food on the table you know and nothing so far suggests that Sasuke was sending anything back home. Does searching for evil pay in cash? Story of the single moms- the kid ran away to find the father and possibly another mother for an ideal life which doesn't really exist.

In the meanwhile Naruto seemed to be in a hurry to leave lest Baruto finds him and hands him over a bento sent by Hinata. But he doesn't mind delay now that he has two kids of other people hanging on to him. His son didn't want to follow him to hand it over personally... I guess that's the key to the happy married life.
