What is Rikudo Chakra?

I was wondering what is Rikudo chakra? I know that Ninjas uses chakra for ninjutsu, genjutsu and chakra. There are ninjas who uses senjutsu to enhance their jutsu and chakra by learning from the animals which teach senjutsu.

I mean OP kinda set his knowledge on senjutsu and how it works with your ninjutsu.
To me it seems like he was curious to what a rikudou chakra does to your ninjustu etc.
