What is relations between nagato and madara?

Madara said that nagato brat has grown up but, nagato(real complete) seems like under 30.he couldn't have born during real madara days,
If madara died in battle with 1st hokage then, how could he has known nagato (even as a child).
So, madara indeed didn't died at battle but this doesn't explain as well.
Tobi said he gave nagato rinnegan (I don't believe him now).
guys do you have any ideas?

my guess is that tobi is still madara, after ranting and raving about the uchiha clan and hashirama for so long how could it not be madara. I don't know how but my guess is that kabuto just brought back the young madara. I think that tobi still is madara but he wanted nagato to use his technique that he wasted on konoha to bring him back to life hence why he said it over nagato's corpse. But kabuto using impure world to bring back the young madara, which is why i think madara was laughing cause that was already part of his plan. his plan being to bring himself back to life.

that's a good point. Maybe Madara's soul was somehow split. If half his soul was sealed away or something and resides currently within tobi while the other half "died" and went to the "pure world," so maybe both of them are somehow Madara...
