Probably the same kinda of fighter as Kisame. Y'know, someone with tons of (lightning) chakra. We've seen that Chidori was able to cut a tentacle. All the kage's seem very powerful though, the weakest one I can think of is probably Tsunade. So who knows, hopefully we see a fight soon, while Naruto continues reading Jiraiya's book..........

i think raikage might have a lightning sword...becuz hachibi also have a lightning sowrd that cunduct electricity..(duh)
