Hashirama comes out of Madara's chest. That would be a hell of a twist, but would also be interesting. Orochimaru was sealed and came back, why not Hashirama? xd

If Madara becomes the Juubi Host... and then realizes he's had a curse mark on his neck the whole time. Orochimaru takes over his body and becomes the Juubi Jinchurriki.
