It is called one piece so that make me think it is one treasure that contains some of everything literally. In fact the intro even says this. If you want fame, you got it, power, its there, wealth, its also there. So I imagine that finding one piece is able to fulfill everyone's dream. I betcha there will be a map to all blue there or all blue will be located at raftel, some super blueprints for franky or something, gold for nami, some legendary swords for zoro, ya know that type of stuff.

But I guess there has to be something bigger than that to it huh? But I have no idea what that could be.

He achieved everything in the world and left it all in one piece. He literally says, "I have gathered everything in this world and already hidden it there in that place..."

Now it doesn't mention fame, power, and wealth (I was admittedly thinking of the anime opening) but if he gathered everything in the world and hid it in, presumably Raftel, then fame, wealth, and power should be there too.
