What is Naruto's Strongest Rasengan Variant?

The thing is Kaguya absorbed most of it but I do agree that the Twin Rasenshuriken are stronger by far.

What I was getting at was that Nine Bijuus RS was used BEFORE Avatar mode RS. So that statement that it is the "Most marvelous," holds no weight. I do agree, however, that the Nine Bijuus RS does look more spectacular.

You mentioned aoe =/= potency, but I feel as if in the case for Rasenshuriken variants, it sort of does apply.

Because usually the stronger the RS, the bigger the explosion or output damage.

It's not always the case. Kaguya's vaccum gods attack are capable of leaving holes in sasuke's PS while a bijuudama from RSM naruto only blow up 1/4 of PS. meaning kaguya's attack is on par if not tad stronger than a rikudou bijuudama despite it not having big aoe. If kaguya's vaccum fist are > RSM bijuudama and PS chidori. then indra's arrow is>>>> Vaccum fists.
Or a better example would be night gai & daytime tiger. Daytime tiger has big aoe but it isn't stronger than night guy who doesn't have a big aoe.

For a while now I have been under the impression that his Nine Tails Chakra Avatar Rasenshurikens was his strongest tech. This was also backed up by the wiki (However I know how certain people treat the wiki). I also remember a thread being made about these two techs, and the general consensus was that the 9T Avatar Rasenshurikens where superior to the 9 Bijuu Rasenshurikens. However, I've encountered more and more people going against this statement recently.

I understand that the BijuuRasenshurikens draw power from 9 separate bijuus, but this is limited power, as apposed to the Avatar Rasensurikens which has the full power of the Nine Tails, with added Nature chakra, and thrown from a Chakra avatar.

Which ability do you guys believe is superior?

The 9 Bijuu RS are stronger. For the two RS, they were about the same size as the Chou Oodama FRS Naruto used on the Juubi here

with the differences being RM has stronger chakra. Naruto only used 2 of these of about equal size; 1 being Senpo Chou Oodama FRS and the other Senpo Chou Oodama TBBFRS. In the case with the 9 Bijuu RS' they weren't normal size FRS which uses a normal size Rasengan in the base of it like so

Plus I don't think you took into account the power FRS gains when Naruto is adding other elements to it; think of the power differences between a basic Rasengan and FRS which only has wind chakra added. Naruto adds KKG such as Steam, Boiling, and lava to his FRS which are using Oodama (or a bit larger) size Rasengans for their base. The fact that there's 9 of them with such power puts it over the 2 RS.

Also that big explosion is with the clash of the 2 RS with Sasuke Bijuu chakra powered Indra arrow. Naruto's 9 Bijuu FRS explosion from a distance which still looks huge
