1. Tsunade showed intereset in Jiraiya & i think at Some point after Dan's death both Were Drunked & Had physical Connection with eachother.
2. Cause they Were Drunk Jiraiya Dont Remember what happened between them & Apperently Tsunade after some time got Pregnent which Jiraya didnt knew cause he was Out of konoha most of the time in his Life.
3. Tsunade didnt wanted the Village to learn the truth so she Left Minato(her son) behind in konoha before leave d village & she told sandaime to look after Minato & when he grew up make Jiraiya his Sensei.
4. Minato as Orphan didnt had anyone no mom, no dad. He became jirayas student as tsunade wished, jiraya made bonds with Minato. So close that Jiraya even gave Minato his Surname as Namikaze. (note : we dont know about jirayas clan so its possible that he is from Namikaze clan)
5. Minato Grew up under Jiraya. He considered him father. He even Made Jiraya Godfather of his son. (So kishi hinting us that godfather can be grandfather)
6. Naruto grew up & its amezing Naruto Calls Tsunade Granny. (So another hint from kishi that tsunade is minatos mom)
7. When Jiraya was leaving to fight with pain he did mentioned if i had a son like Minato i could have be so Proud ( See at that Moment tsunades face, its like she is thinking to tell jiraya the truth )
8. When Jiraya leaved tsunade thinking in her mind When u will Come back, i have something to tell u ( u can guess what she wanted to tell)
9. When Jiraya Died u can c tsunade Crying with Emotion that she has lost her Special man, she was upset she didnt able to tell the truth to Jiraya.
10. Theory Ends Now Give Me Some Credit for Such a gud theory. My mind works faster just like Yellow Flash Lol. . . . . .
