The raikage had encounter an uchiha because they had data about itachi and they compare him to sasuke during the kage arc several times.However we donot know what itachi did against the land of lightning U_U

What are you talking about? The Uzumaki and Senju are blood relatives with the Senju being from the Leaf and the Uzumaki being from the Eddy Village. Yes people feared them for their sealing abilities but the Senju did not murder them. They were destroyed during a great world war because of their jutsu.

It can go either way really, I mean the reason we've been hearing about the uchiha is because one still exists and he happens to be one of the main characters.

The senju were feared just as much as the uchiha, because of a man named hashirama senju. He was pretty much the strongest ninja ever save the So6P, he had the inborn ability to control all bijuu... and heck at one point he had 7 bijuu under his belt, or was it 8? Not sure lol

Tobirama was also feared by many for his mastery of water techs and s/t jutsu as well.

But in context, uchiha were known for their sharingan, which everybody feared.

So here is how it goes:
1) Uchiha clan
2) Senju clan... But a close 2nd mind you
3) Uzumaki clan... Their entire village was wiped out because everyone feared their sealing mastery.

And do you understand what he means when he says "I taught you how far beneath me you are"... It means he showed him who's boss.

It's like a way of putting someone down and saying they're not at your level... "You're beneath me"... Means you're not good enough to stand with me.. I'm better than you etc. etc.
