Madara did not infuse his will to Obito but rather take control of his movements using his chakra like Nagato and Obito did to their 6 paths as confirmed by Hashirama.

Not to also mention Madara threw 3 of the rods to block Sasuke's enton attack which weakened his control.

all Madara did is control him with chakra not actually infused himself with Obito like he did to Black Zetsu.

I like the idead, in fact your theory and mine can be combined because I state (in the link at my sig) that madara's trump card has to do with psycological war, so first he might weaken Obito mentally and then take control over him with his rods=D
