First of all I request everyone to carefully examine Sasuke's EMS Susano-o here:

This first image shows Sasuke's secondary weapon, although I dont want to get into a discussion about his powers just yet, I must admit that it is very cool. Cooler than Itachi's? Well we can never really know..............

In order to compare their Susano-o's we need to see Itachi's EMS version of it. Seeing as how that is impossible now I suggest all the little ones drop that subject. But we can assume that it could have been stronger as Itachi's initial Susano-o was pretty much invincible.

Let me get the obvious stuff out of the way before I get to the subject. For those of you who haven't noticed yet Sasuke's Susano-o clearly has the form of a hawk. I made this thread to get some intelligent opinions on Madara's EMS Susano-o's form:

You can clearly see its eyes and nostrils on top of the what appears to be the hood of its second stage giving it the look of a 'reaper'.
So what do you think?

They do seem to each follow their own motif, with Itachi's being human, Sasuke's being hawklike, and Madara's being a reaper. I think it is interesting that the EMS Susanoo with armor we have seen have all been shown to have extra armor on their arms. Maybe this means a more resilient Susanoo.

all initial susanoos are humanoid(as people are calling them), but in my opinion they take the form of the tengu from japanese mythology:

Madara called it the perfect form because it can only be achieved by transplanting your siblings eyes, with the regular MS you can not realise your susanoos full potential and can only get to that tengu stage here:

Susanoo seems to be sort of like an embodiment of the user (i.e. their personality, their chakra and their actions all seem to affect it's appearence in one way or another).

Right, so we can be sure of one thing by looking at Madara's. It does not have any weapons in its final stage, and taking your 'i.e.' into account you could say that Madara's Final Susano-o performs a jutsu(s). Since Sasuke's Susano-o possesses different variations of Amaterasu as weapons, I think Madara's will be based on his Zetsu clones abilities, mainly the Dimensional Transfer.
I think Madara's Susano-o is about to open up some kind of black hole jutsu based on his Dimensional Transfer and he is going to try and suck the Kage's into a different dimension with his next move.

he has a sword and no black holes and there is still no proof that Madara can make black holes and space time and this kind of stuff. Madara != Tobi!
