What is Madara??

I know he is still a EDO, but can we count him as a actual shinobi. He is not longer under kabuto's control but technically he is a summoning. And his power (mokuton, immortality, unlimited chakra) was given to him by Kabuto. So can we technically consider him a individual shinobi because he is free, or should we still label him a produced of a summon.

Because the living madara is no where as powerful as this OP edo that we see before us today.

No he's too OP i mean unlimited chakra and immortality, that is just too much

He is GOD! lol but he's still an edo if you ask me, even if he freed himself from Kabuto's control, he is still alive because of edo-tensei. We don't what the difference in power was when he was alive. But I'd say it's not too far from where he's at now.

His mokuton and rinnegan are the new techs and if he were alive now(instead of being an edo) he would still have them. Yes, I believe he is still considered a shinobi....GOD!

False, implanting Hashirama's DNA gives you the ability to use Mokuton...he implanted Hashirama's DNA while he was still alive. That is when he gained the ability to use Mokuton.

Well to be fair, Kabuto did improve Madara's strength substantial.​

I hate when people include edo madara on their "top" lists. He is an experiment. Madara did not have unlimited chakra. He did not have mokuton (which he's used more than his sharingan). He did not have an immortal body.

People only put him on there because he broke free from Edo Tensei.

Kabuto told us that he made madara greater than what he was in his in his prime. So it's not my words, its the guy who ressurected Madara.
