He could probably see it, and bash the clone with the Staff since it's sage powers.
Although i dont think it's an actual Clone. I think it's the users soul or something like that, from the scan where the other madara stepped into the real body.

LoLx, Limbo is not a Dance it is a Technique done by Uchiha Madara... And its Like Shinra Tensei but it has more Power than it, didn't u See it when Madara did it against all the Bijuus, it Took them out in a Single Shot. In other Words the name of the Technique is: Rinbo Hengoku
