What is Kishi trying to portray from the Sasuke->Obito->Madara pattern?

Sorry if the answer is obvious but what is he trying to show by this? Is it to show that Sasuke/Obito will rise up to defeat Madara? To show that Madara is the root of the Uchiha's downfall? Or is it just simply to show how the curse of hatred continues. I may be over thinking this so what is he portraying?

Everyone knew that Sasuke's role was over after Itachi's death but they wanted a fight between Naruto and Sasuke without any good reason. Now, the only way Kishi can do that is to create a new Madara. I remember I wanted Tobi to be Sasuke's father since Sasuke father was the head of the coup d'etat. Kishi could have made this and show that Zetsu used his clone to do the job back then. But everyone wanted Obito as well. Kishi has become simply retarded because he is always trying to satisfy a retarded fandom (LOL).
