Last time I check the series Name was Naruto and the Hero was Naruto. Plus Sasuke is not a Sage so His jutsus are as unless against Obito as everybody else.Only Full Power Tail Beast and Sage Mode work on Obito and Sasuke doesn't have either. Yeah, i thought that to myself also....but what if Sasuke was able to master Tsukuyomi to a degree that he would could use it in the real world?...we all know Itachi's Tsukuyomi can manipulate time, but that's only in the dream-scape.​
