What is Kishi doing?! Sasuke becoming Hokage?!

Chapter 631 was so shocking and somewhat infuriating that I just HAD to create this account to discuss it.

What is going on? Sasuke wants to become Hokage? I see this as a very likely possibility considering Hashirama's and Madara's past. If Naruto, a senju, becomes Hokage (which he 100% deserves), then I think Sasuke might walk the same path Madara did. So this is reason why it's very possible that Sasuke becomes Hokage.

But I hate this idea! Naruto has gone from being the most hated person of the village to becoming the village's savior, and ultimately the shinobi world's savior. He worked super hard and is protecting everyone! The should AT LEAST become hokage - he deserves it!

What is Kishi doing? Don't take away Naruto's dream!! I know he's doing this to set up the Naruto vs Sasuke fight, but gahhh it seems so wrong!

What do you think is going to happen? I know there are already threads on this, but I wanted some new thoughts and opinions.

You people are reading the context of Sasuke's statement wrong. He wants to change the village because basically, all of the NarutoVerse's problems have been indirectly caused by the Hokages, and part of these problems led to Sasuke's suffering (in fact, pretty much every character has been affected in one way or another). By becoming Hokage it gives him a position of authority and power to make sure things like this don't happen again; to fulfill Itachi's will while in a sense, exacting his revenge for his clan by entering a position that was so coveted by the Uchiha.

But I do believe Naruto does deserve the title of Hokage; he's been wanting it since before it was cool.

You guys are taking it all the wrong way.. You're acting as if Sasuke wants to just come and stick his ass in Naruto's face.. Obviously if you paid attention, he said he wanted to change the village and the way the kages before him have handled things. By the way, the rants are getting annoying as hell. Thank you

I command you to be be quiet...no but seriously youre taking it too far. Naruto will still be hokage and if not then too bad. A LONG time ago before Sasuke went all psycho on us people where talking about how sasuke is a better candidate. now don't get me wrong i want Naruto to be hokage too but this is going to set up a bad ass fight so either way im good :cool:

what the people above me have said... plus this is how kishi can create a compromise... now we have sasuke becoming good AND we still get a sasuke vs. Naruto fight. everybody wins! now stop b*tching
