What is Kamui?

Clearly someone has thught abou this before I have, but isn't Kamui the Space-Time Jutsu? What difference does it have between the two? It teleports anything to another dimension just as Space-Time Jutsu does, right? Or is the Space-Time Jutsu something else? I'm confused about Tobi in general.

It's from the Sharingan Eye, it can be learned if you are an Uchiha. Obito can do it and so can Kakashi. Tobi can also do it, what Kumai does is that it takes an odject and moves it to another dimension. Like Kakashi did to Pain's bullet and Diedara's arm.

Tobi is POSSIBLY Obito. Obito is the only Kamuii user we know and Kakashi proved that with his eye from Obito. AND if Tobi can teleport, that means he probably uses Kamuii to take himself to another dimension. Kakashi can do the same, its just that hes not and Uchiha and it's harder for him.

Kamui absorbs or transports/teleports an object to another dimension using the mangakyou sharingan, it is also speculated and seen that up until the current point in the manga only Kakashi can use it. (Most likely Obito could as well seeing as it is his sharingan...)
