Not exactly...Kotoamatsukami has no weakness, except for the 10 year break. KA is irreversible and is the strongest genjutsu that works against an individual

IT has a better range than KA, but KA is stronger

Naruto characters can't warp reality in material level and effect outside objects. They can change their personal timeline around them and revert back to past using Izanagi

Unless we see reality manipulation feats, we can't say Naruto can do the same things as Franklin Richards, Jean Grey or Mr. Mxyzptlk

Well since Sasuke said only a rinnegan would be able to break a genjutsu casted by a rinnegan, I don't think it would even work on her who has the god tree, Juubi, Byakugan (which can see is a person is in a genjutsu), Sharingan+Rinnegan.
