it is most probably the secret to unlock the sword of totsuka.......
lemme explain

oro was looking for that sword basically his whole evil life, but was fruitless, he managed to find a way to unlock the sword, but because it was only theory, he needed the sword, so he left the scroll inside a closed in room. so when he was sealed away by itatchi, he was srprised. so now oro is probably trying to use that info to escape from totsuka
