What is going on with Kishi ??!!

Hey guys , i was just re-reading the manga , i came across something , i want your opinion on it !
Here it is :
in the last fight , when obito became the jinchuuriki of 10 tails , Naruto explained that he was not using the hand seals for Rinne Tensei no jutsu , because he saw it before with Nagato , the we have the picture of it :

As i told you i was reading old Manga and i saw this one , it's in middle of fight between naruto-bee-kakashi-gai vs obito , that suddenly madara comes and they speak about the plan ! madara says i should have been revived and Naruto remembers Nagato using Rinne Tensei no jutsu :

And here the hand seals are different , exactly like what obito did before becoming jinchuuriki !!!

Guys I am just confused !! I don't know ! Is this really a mistake that kishi had done ??!!! He really didn't check it ??
I would love to know your opinions !!

Obito's seal is just the first one that nagato uses, you change your handseal to perform the rinne tensei. All this means is that rinne tensei & the juubi's seal are just 1 handseal apart, lol. I also believe its a rinnegan technique because the handseals are so similar.

Yea kishi has been rushing his story and has messed up on a few occasions lately remember kibas face paint and when he drew the raikage with his left arm when it was cut off, Guess it happens when you have alot going on in the story but this was a really good find.

this is my theory:

it probably takes a few seals to complete rinne tensei and obito and nagato are both shown doing the first seal (which is why madara starts to regain his mortality) but obito uses his will power to change his movements into the hand seal for becoming a jinchuriki

nice find anyways xd It's too big of a mistake for kishi to make I think

Ughh... this again.

Both of them initiate the Jutsu using the Ram Seal, which is what we saw both of them use. Refer back to Nagato again and you will see his hand seals change. The Ram seal is integral to it and that is why Madara was seen almost resuscitated. If Obito had continued the actual seals of Rinne Tensei Madara would have been revived but instead he used it to amplify his sealing technique (Odds are it also was added to Kamui as it looked like he "absorbed" the Juubi).
