[Question] what is going on here people

[Fair Warning]

When I hover over my rep bar, it says

"Fair Warning is a Kage"

But I hover over others and it says "They need some work" or "OShux is a genin"


What does this mean? How Do I change mine?​

Its because you have X amount of rep, certain amounts will change what it says. Those others have a different amount and therefore a different saying. It can be changed if your rep increases/decreases enough. It can't be changed otherwise
