What is Gamabunta busy doing that is so important that he had to send his son to replace him and help naruto in the war? Weird theory but i think it involves the Sage of six paths, Jiraiya, or Minato.

1) They don't know that Naruto is fighting the Juubi or I'm sure Gamabunta would have dropped his work and come running to help.
