How would anyone besides Kishi know ANYTHING about Sasuke's never explained power? Are you touched? If you are asking how he got it, it's his unique ms ability. If you're asking for the elements it uses, that's unknown but it's probably just an advanced stage of Katon; I doubt it's a chakra element combination because fire and lightning don't sound like that would result in blaze release but who knows it very well could(here is a link of fan concept on chakra elements that suggests Enton is Sasuke combining Raiton and Katon
