[Discussion] What is difference between Juubi and other bijuus?

The Juubi comprising of natural energy can only be beaten by Senjutsu. Why don't the bijuus have such an advantage?

The Juubi after all consists of all the bijuu and there are not many different energy types in the naruto world, so why does Killer bee get beaten by Amaterasu but not the Juubi? Is it because of the Rinnegan....? or something else?

One-by-one.
1. Why other bijuus never got defeated only by Senjutsu, simple reason they are incomplete, and they don't have ability or their Jichuriki's have ability to use Yin-Yang release and nullify and genjutsus...
2. Amaterasu can defeat Juubi if and only if Juubi lets itself get burn by it, he removed the part of amatersu and hence free from it, same thing Bee did...

He's basically a fake version of the Sage so ninjutsu has no effect on him as he cancels it out with yin yan jutsu. I thought this was explained in the manga. And since the jubbi is the proginater it's only right that the nine pieces by themselves would not be powerful at all as we seen shinobi take down tailed beast , but to take down the jubbi is damn near impossible the sage had to seal him .

The Jubbi is considered the creator of life on Naruto Earth it's made of Natural Energy, the other tailed beast are made up of the Juubi's yin & yang Chaka rest is made up of Natural energy. You've got to remember when Naruto goes into Sage mode he isn't affected by normal Justu, he has some protection. My guess is that the Natural energy protects from normal chakra based attacks but natural energy can only be affected by itself.

That's why Bee was affected by Amaterasu was because he's made up of yin & yang chakra and has no natural energy

It is the juubi it is the begining of all things in NV. So the chakra of the bijuus themselves was formed from the altered natural energy of the juubi through yin-yang release. And bee didn't get beaten by amaterasu.
