Black flag was fire, but I'd say brotherhood was the best so far. Syndicate was good too.

brotherhood, 2 and black flag, outstanding cutscenes and well written, black flags voice acting was remarkable.

Seems everyone likes Brotherhood as well. It's easily my favorite. 2nd would be Rogue.
