Kizaru is admiral level, why? Because he defeated all the super Novas like they were trash. Only an admiral can do that or a really strong warlord like Kuma or Mihawk. Is Sabo admiral level ?

He's admiral level for how easily he's beaten ever opponent. Haven't seen enough of Sabo to make that determination

How many of these threads do you need to make!?
You just recycle them over and over. Everyone in this section has already expressed their thoughts on this in other threads severely. You are killing one of the only good sections left on this site.
Admiral level -
Zephyr - If you count him, from what we saw against Borsalino and co he was at least low Admiral level and Luffy wouldn't have had it that easy in a canon fight.
Issho - For obvious reasons.
Sakazuki - For obvious reasons, changed half of an islands weather.
Sengoku - He WAS an Admiral. Plus one of the two who fought off Shiki and fought (not sure how well) Roger.
Dragon - At this moment on time, I think Dragon is Admiral level. I don't think he's the strongest man in the world.
Probably missed out a few characters. Just a few to give a broad sense of who I think is on that level.

Huh? What indicates that Fuji is low admiral? Are you saying he is inferiour to the previous admirals? Kizaru isn't admiral level? What have you been smoking, and can I have some please?

Let me fix my post. I was tired when I made it.
1. I meant to put Sabo instead of Borsalino.
2. Kuzan isn't there cos I missed some out. Read the bottom of my post.
3. I have no idea why I put Issho is low Admiral level since, imo, he's the second strongest Admiral we have seen thus far (minus Sengoku). >.< I had just woken up, gimme a break.
Kizaru is the most overrated admiral to date. -_- You can easily counter him with CoO and his biggest asset, "speed" is taken away. People are also under the impression that he attacks at the speed of light too.
I love how easily Sabo is declared Admiral level (even before MMnM IIRC?), yet a guy like Mihawk is still in doubt. Anyways,
I don't think there is an "Admiral level." The concept is rather naive, especially considering that there is a "Yonkou level" as well. I highly doubt that any one of the Yonkou could beat all of the Admirals in a 1v1 scenario. I that were the case, then there would be separate levels for both, but that isn't proven. I separate things as far as tiers, so for me there is a low-top tier bracket, a mid-top tier bracket, and a high-top tier bracket.
