[Question] What is a great way to hype Shanks and Dragon up?

I've really been thinking about MF and I notice Oda how Oda hyped WB up and I dissapointed because he only used VA's and WB destructive power and durability to hype up WB. WB didnt kill any high up Marine officials and it kind of have me bugged a little

I know none of you guys can be Oda BUT I still think this would be fun. I want to know some ideas on how Oda will hype these characters up. I really dont want to see him using VA's again. There is only so much beating a VA can add to your hype because Oda devalued them a long time ago and made them into "HYPE TOOLS"for debuting characters

I would like personally for Oda to use Admirals.. VA's and CP0. Like if he did his work beforehand to hype the VA up. I'm talking using fullbody and cutting gold and only for them to get one shotted by Shanks or Dragon

It really would bother me if Oda didnt use an admiral ever. Even if its a high diff win. There will come a time where some highers ups in the Marines will have to die or lose hype for the sake of strong characters even if just a little. Only so much hyping up these character "Stats" can do if they dont body anyone tbh

That would honestly such bad writing. That's what fodder are for. A top tier character oneshotting another top tier character just means Oda's power scale is gonna become ****ed up. I'd like to think Oda wouldn't waste characters like that, an Admiral level fighter being used as such a weak pawn is far less entertaining than them just fighting Shanks.

The best way to hype them is to show that Kizaru or Green bull having had a run in with Shanks. And there be a long ass scar on their face or something. Like what BB did to shanks.

Example: predicting Kizarus speed and sending him flying with a devastating punch or kick

All I'm saying is there has to be some impactful deaths on the marine side...thats not to much to ask for considering powerful pirates will fall

i dont know about deaths considerig the manga we read but ofc impactfull defeats will ocour all i`m saying it will not be *spoiler alert* yhwach stomping yamamoto style unless kubo takes over oda thats my point plus shanks got his hype already when he was walking around telling people to shut up and do as he pleases the only one left is dragon and i too think he will get an epic hype but not an admiral though

Dragon is already pretty dam hyped with the little we know about him, same for shanks. I think BB will get some hype, along with the rest of his crew. I think Killer needs some hype (aka a tied fight with Zorro, or barely losing to Zorro), alot of the other Novas need more hype than the two characters you mentioned.

Well as far as hype is concerned they r already hyped enough, many fans already place these two at the top of the food chain so really what we really wanna see is the battle style/techs/powers in full.

Given that they r allies of Luffy to some extent its quite probable they will b the one's used to hype up the challenges in Luffy's path. It is after all the story of a pirate Luffy who will end up removing the shackles that have been placed on the world to give the freedom he will attain when he will b pk to everyone else in the world.

Marine admirals or above are going to go down as the story progresses but its stupid to think that Shanks or Dragon would 1 shot an admiral, u really like to fuk up the power scaling in OP dont u? The admirals are never going down without a high diff fight except for prime WB/Roger, the only one hopping to reach that level is BB and maybe Akainu due to them being final enemies, well I see shanks dieing in the hands of BB to hype BB more, as I see now the guys with the most potential to grow stronger than ever are BB/Akainu. they've been hyped up since pre-ts and that kept going even in the NW.

Shanks dealts with kaidou crew ( kaidou that makes even Donquixote shit his pants ) and ended the war of the best on his own freaking terms. This man strolled in there and everyone bowed to his superior, brilliant hair.
Dragon was fathered by the only marine that roger called his equal, a monsterous bloodline that produced strawhat luffy. This man trained sabo with the strength to duel marine admirals. He himself is announced as the most dangerous man in the world! In the world of one piece, there were 3 great powers, the marines/world govt, the shichibukai and the yonkou, Dragon is in charge of the great group that seeks to disrupt this status quo: the revolutionary army, this man commands people of shichibukai calibre! The head of a vast army! Imagine the level of conquerors haki possed by such a man?

Yeah a lot of people overlook that scene. Shanks & Ben Beckman are extremely fast.
