What instrument do you play?

Been playing the Clarinet since I was 10 (I'm 22 now). I picked up piano when I was 16, I also sing opera, Broadway ( I do plays and recitals). I record music on the side as well. I love music! But my real passion is helping people, so my true talent is being a nurse.

I play the accordion in two of its variations, i.e., the piano accordion and the bayan. Then again, not academically. I play the piano as well and am a formal student of it. The harmonica too, but I've pushed it aside a bit. I might acquire a fretless acoustic bass guitar soon, but who knows.

It's a pain that Costa Rica invests so little in musical education. I might be the only person in my country who owns a bayan and wants to play the accordion professionally.

Anyway referring to OP, I played drums for 6 years, but just gave up because it got boring. Would've been 9 now, coming up to ten if I carried on.

Ah, if you manage to make space for it, believe me, you could fall in love. It would also be great for your bond with him, possibly. My grandfather played the piano beautifully and it is very sad that I never approached him to have him teach me. Now he's long gone, but I inherited his piano and am keen to become as good as he was.

Well, I don't really have the time as I don't live close to him and I'm about to start a PhD. Picking up a whole new instrument would pretty intensive.
