What If'ss or Hyped Up Characters?

Which one of things would you want to see in a big naruto game? An the other in great looking fan animations just to look how much better it looked when compared to the animation of the anime? Please give your honest opinions on this dear members.

What if's could definitely be fun, but I don't think the anime would be willing to take the risks that come with that option.

So hyped up characters would be the safe bet to go with than any what if's? What about if they just use What If Scenarios in the video games like DBZ use to do back in the day? In concern with strictly fights though no romance crud unless the naruto game is a dating sem.
