What about Hiruzen vs Orochimaru, Orochimaru vs Team 7, Jaraiya vs Pain, Asuma vs Hidan, Itachi vs team 7, Kankuro vs Sasori, Gaara vs Sasuke, Danzo vs Sasuke (Danzo was the good guy)

Everything would be the same except for the power levels, and Madara would have been revealed as the one to destroy the Uzumaki village, and Obito's back story would be waaay longer. Like he would have had a mini arc where more bad stuff happened to him after he saw Rin die

The Uchiha succeeded on their Coup then the survivors from Konoha made another village and trained their people to fight against the Uchiha. Naruto starts befriending bijuus to gain power although in order for them to become "friends", Naruto has to fight them or complete a task that builds up their relationship. While Sasuke follows the path that Madara took. Eventually, the two had to fight as because of their own reasons. The other one is trying to create fake peace while the other one is creating true peace. This however, depends on their view about peace. Both of them thinks that they're creating true peace.

That contradicts everything Naruto was taught. And what would make Sasuke a "true avenger"?

Also if by some miraculous way the Uchiha and their 20 people beat all of Konoha and won the coupe, it would then be swarmed and destroyed by the other villages.
