I don't even read the manga and I would feel angry, just because I know firsthand from Bleach's manga how sub-par Tite Kubo is. I watched this baby grow since 2004 and it died from Bleach poisoning.
He'd completely ruin it lol. He'd introduce x1000 new characters with a lot of hype, but they'll end up being too many for getting development, just like happened to bleach (remember the little squad 0 incident.. ouch)

RIP background and pacing. TBH Kubo would scew it up big time. I don't feel like it's his type of thing.
I just wish he would hand the manga off to someone -.- (not Kubo tho) because I don't, and I'm sure none of you do, want to wait 2+ years for togashi's back pain to stop again. Even if he hired someone else to do the drawing and shit he could still tell them how he wanted the characters to develop and where he wanted the story to go. It seems like such a waste of a good series to let it end like this.
Well only togashi for me as well.....but I hope finishes off HxH quickly if he can't keep up. A story without an end is a writer's worst nightmare.

In a recent interview he talked about wanting to do a card battle manga after HxH. It was pretty funny for him to say that but I think HxH can finish a lot sooner than people think, at least content wise.
