No, none of the strawhats are going to get a DF if they don't allready have one. Zoro and Franky don't need one, Usopp and Nami would still be weaker than the others with one, and Sanji only wants the Suke Suke No Mi which Absalom had.

Zoro's appeal comes from the arrogance/confidence he derives from the grandeur of his unaided natural strength. It is what makes people like Shanks, Mihawk, Garp appealing and by getting a DF taints that aspect. Nami is the same. She is the underdog who uses her smarts on weather knowledge to triumph. She isn't a fighter in the traditional sense. I wouldn't mind Sanji with a DF only if it was Atsu Atsu no Mi. He is the crews best swimmer & was fighting fish men underwater back in EB.
