So, I was rewatching POtC and had a random idea,

What if OPworld also had a character like Captain Teague (Jack's father) and is revealed after Luffy is PK and the final war between Rev. + Pirates and WG + Marines is about to start and after gathering all the pirates like Yonkous and of similar influence at a place like the Shipwreck Cove and all the pirates including Luffy had a slightly scared and hesitant look just like the Pirate Lords the moment that character makes a badass appearance?

I don't know about you guys but it'd be awesome as hell for me.

If Rayleigh had not been introduced, he'd fit that position, but right now it would seem forced if someone like that existed, except ofcourse Joy Boy (if he's alive)

Well Dragon is fearsome like hell but still I meant someone who is a Pirate and who doesn't allow anything which is suggesting the violation of code in his wake, someone who would drive even the ferocious Yonkous shitless when talking about codes.

How about Scopper Gaban then, assuming his powers/DF allows him to remain in his prime always. (Just assuming)

We don't know how strong he was in his prime, and it should be someone Luffy'll fear at his (Luffy's) prime.

Seeing Zoro and Sanji I suggest him being equal to Rayleigh since the gap between Zoro and Sanji as of now is not too vast therefore at EOS they both'll be equal more or less so its safe to assume Scopper Gaban = Rayleigh.
And as for Luffy in his prime, when talking about strength and experience I'd say experience takes it 51/100 times.

He is the weakest in the crew and will always be the weakest.
