IMO, he would of defeated Pica with less difficulty than Zoro which is thanks to his expertise in CoO and a good sense of direction. Sanji's destructive feats is inferior to Zoro's but I think he can still win with moves like hell's memories.

zoro never had any difficulty and he won in the end. Sanji would've have lost that is if Oda doesn't make him win due to plot

Been looking for a way Sanji beats Pica, but I can't, Pica beats Sanji as of now. Without armament hardening I don't see how Sanji takes him down in his full body haki. Also Sanji does not have the destructive feats to destroy stone Pica like how Zoro did.

How do you know that? Lol. It could of been that his FBH haki is a joke or that Zoro's CoA is incredible. I'll go with the latter since he specializes in CoA.
