How op would Hidan be if he were more like kakashi? SAME exact powers, but the only difference is that he is actually really clam, smart, and clever, how OP would Hidan be.

This is Hidan with the use of ninja tools, basic ninja moves like shadow clones and maybe some body flicker.
where would he be on your TOP?
