Since both kakashi and tobi has obito eyes does that mean that if obito was alive kakashi was dead obito would have his Ms and would be able to use tobi's tech in one eye and Kakashi tech in the other that would be one hell of a op combo but he would go blind sadly but if he had EMS then I think he could maybe fight with some of the top dog ninjas not including the 1st,madara,the 3rd,4th,and maybe the second because we all saw how quickly minato caught on im pretty sure these guys could maybe do the same considering there history and the legend behind them all but minato had A s/t jutsu along with the second so that would give them a nice upper hand in combat. But hey just my thoughts folks tell me what you all think
