I know that there has been a whole lot of discussion about Tobi not being Obito and all but a thought came to my mind after reading 596.
What if Tobi's sharingan was Obito's and it has gotten MS but Tobi has somehow been able to use the MS tech without activating MS.
Say that if Obito was still alive and activated both MS i believe that the Left eye(Kakashi's) would be the one to send target things at a distance and his Right eye(Tobi's?) was the one to teleport himself.
It's only a guess but could that be something possible?

From what I've seen Tobi can't do what Kakashi does. Tobi can teleport some only if he touches them but Kakashi can do it without touching them, long range.

Maybe Tobi just hasn't found the right time to use his mangekyo yet but very good and original theory
