What if Tsunade didnt become Hokage and instead of her J-man, how would it change history?

Though even if he did become Hokage, I think he'd still would've gone to collect the info, that leads to his death, and Tsunade would've been the next Hokage after his death.

Rock Lee would no longer be a ninja, Half of Konoha would be dead, Orochimaru would of probably got Tsunade too heal his arms, Choji and Neji would be dead from the Sasuke retrieval arc. Sakura would be useless even more, and some more other stuff
